Opportunities

Apply. Explore. Grow.

Opportunity rarely arrives fully formed or freely given especially for those who don’t start with the same advantages. While it’s true that some people have doors opened for them more easily, that doesn’t mean the rest of us can’t go after what we deserve. Waiting for success to land in your lap isn’t enough. It takes courage, curiosity, and consistency to chase what you want even when the odds feel uneven. Go after it boldly. Seek out information, ask questions, take up space. The path might not be smooth, but it’s still yours to walk and shape.

This is a living list of grants, competitions, workshops, mentoring programmes, and creative or career opportunities open to young black and dual heritage people in the UK. Whether you’re looking to learn a new skill, get funding for your idea, or gain experience in a field you love there’s something here for you.
